Sharon Baptist Church
projected church building, which will accommodate up to 500
people. This figure has been arrived at by taking into
consideration the 100 inmates of the orphanage and foster
home, another 100 from the old age home, about 100 patients
or their attendants and about 50 workers and about 150 local
and outside devotees. We wish to design the church edifice so
as to make the worshippers feel the sanctity and power of the
saviour who is the head of the church. We would also like to
have a personage for the pastor's family and houses for the
church sexton and security guard of the complex. The first floor
would house a reading room, a hall with chairs, book racks and
books, as well as 2 or 3 cubicles for private prayers by
individuals or small groups. If it is God's will, we would like to
have prayer band ready to receive prayer requests and pray
incessantly from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. everyday.
